::Poor response If you need something, all you have to do is just say it first. I was treated like it was my fault afterwards.

::I still use it because it's the closest, but I think it's the worst. During the coronavirus pandemic, when I sent out about 300 recall postcards from the postcards I had stocked up on, I was 1 yen short on the charges. Although there was a lack of confirmation on our part, even though we were ``aware of the problem,'' the customer was treated like ``If you pay 1 yen, you can receive the mail, but what do you do?'' and all of the items were returned. When I protested, ``If you had known about the problem first, I would have paid the extra fee if you had told me about it, so why didn't you tell me?'' When I protested, he replied, ``If it was in my area, I would have contacted you.'' There would probably be more people from Minato Ward than Shibuya Ward in that place, but it was extremely unfriendly. By the way, is this a designated post office? It seems that the staff members are directly employed here. Seeing that response makes me think, ``As expected.''

::as everyone has described I feel like this post office is really not nice. What I think about it roughly ・Poor response ・Work speed ·mouth There are three. It's quite difficult to get all these If you understand from this point, it is usually better to go to the nearby Shibuya Post Office. As a supplement, at post offices other than Shibuya Aoyama Post Office What annoyed me enough to write about it in my review? Not at the moment. --------------- From here on, some details 01: Poor response →Other people have also mentioned it, but the sizes are different. We don't have the capacity to handle things like you can't specify a time. When I went to other places, even though there were no particular problems, I sometimes felt like they had a high-pressure attitude, saying things like, ``This won't work, so you can't get in,'' and ``This is a regulation, so please do what you want.'' Even if it's not as easy as other post offices, I think they could be more gentle. 02: Speed of work →Even though I went there around 4:40 p.m. 10 minutes or more for one task (many tasks that at first glance, such as measuring the size of a cardboard box, do not seem difficult, and after completing one task, seem to be a waste of time, such as going to the back of the room) When about 6 people, including myself, arrived after 5pm, the response was to say, "After 5pm, the item will be shipped tomorrow." I thought it would be okay if I was rushing the work, but the work was too lazy. There was no sincerity or anything like that, which is a shame. 03: Mouth →It is to match with 01 and 02, but anyway The response is too bad. It's amazing how they can say things like "I see," "I see," "I understand," etc. exactly as in the manual. By the way, when I said, ``I can't discuss this with you, so please call your boss,'' the response changed immediately, so I want you to deal with it properly from the beginning (do you realize how time-consuming that process is?) --------------- It's roughly like this. This is my opinion, so of course there may be others who like it better, but when I went there a few times, it was generally like this, so I think there are probably a lot of staff like that. So either way, Shibuya Post Office is 100 times better. Well, even if I write a negative review like this, I don't think the staff's response will change, but if you are ``stressed'' or ``people who have a lot of free time,'' I think it's okay to check in at ``Shibuya Aoyama Post Office.'' I do, but I don't recommend it at all.

::The post office workers here are the worst. I went to the office to open an account, but I was repeatedly told that I couldn't open one because my workplace was not nearby, and three staff members stood around without doing anything. The reason for this was that when I called, I was told to come right away, which made me feel very uncomfortable... What is calling...? Does Japan Post Bank do anything like call customers? ? After that, he didn't even try to introduce me to the post office until I told him the location closest to my workplace and asked him to look it up, and when I thought he had looked it up, he only verbally told me the name of the store. where is it? I asked, repeating the store name again. I don't even print it out unless I can't find the location just by doing that. I took a day off to go to Omotesando for a hospital visit, and then opened the store, but I ended up going to the Hanzomon Ekimae Post Office near my workplace. I didn't even have to write down my work address, which is understandable, but workplaces are subject to change these days, so there's no point in doing so, so I was trembling as I continued to work as if I were a civil servant. However, the Hanzomon Ekimae Post Office was wonderful and speedy, and even though the procedure was complicated, they responded flexibly, completing the process in 30 minutes, and I managed to make it in time for the reception at the Omotesando hospital. Honestly, I don't think I would have been able to receive such accurate judgment and advice if I hadn't been at the Hanzomon Ekimae Post Office. Although the result was good, the response from the staff at Aoyama Dori was still so bad that I didn't even want to give it stars.

::Thankfully there is an ATM, there's only one. But it's not a very crowded place. Opening hours are 8pm on weekdays, 7pm on Saturdays, and 6pm on Sundays and holidays. I would like to extend the nighttime handling hours a little more. The entrance to the ATM is wheelchair accessible but narrow. This would not be wheelchair friendly, so I would like to see a solution.
