  I lost a tooth last night...I was wondering if I should change dental clinics, and I came to this hospital because I saw reviews that they accepted patients even on short notice. I was waiting because there was a person paying the bill, but after that, I didn't hear anyone and the reception was deserted. I asked the receptionist "Excuse me" several times before they responded. However, while we were talking about the situation, he said, ``It's okay to talk.'' 'Please wait,' he said. I waited for about 15 minutes, but I decided to give up and go home, so I told the same person, ``I'll call you again,'' and they said, ``We have a lot of reservations today, and they're very busy.'' ``Did you leave your insurance card with you?'' ...? ” I was surprised to receive the reply. The first thing I wanted you to say is that they didn't even ask for my name, let alone my insurance card. Of course, I am very sorry that I did not call you in advance. I think I lacked common sense. However, I had some doubts about what was posted on the signboard, such as emergency response. I would also like to see an improvement in the fact that it is not possible to make an initial appointment on the website. The hospital itself was very clean and a nice place. There is also ample parking. I contacted another hospital and they responded politely, so I decided to go there.

  With additional notes I think it's a very nice hospital with good staff and interior design. However, the design uses deep and wide grooves in the ground, which can be dangerous if you don't look carefully when walking. Especially if you normally wear thick soles or heels, don't wear them to this place. It gets stuck in the groove and the sole of the shoe breaks. Furthermore, you should never wear shoes with high soles, as you may twist your foot or fall, causing injury. I twisted my foot and my favorite shoes were ruined. Absolutely not. Added (2024/06/18) When I went to see him for a dental checkup after a long time, the gap was filled in! ! I no longer have to waste my shoes due to injury...! !

  Even though I came in on short notice, I was treated with great care.The inside of the hospital is also very clean and all the staff are very polite.I look forward to visiting the hospital for a while from now on.Thank you very much🤓

  From the greeting to the way they speak, they are considerate and polite in everything they do. You will also receive sufficient explanation regarding treatment. I think it's a very good dental clinic.
