::Our family is new to Hirosaki and a friend recommended us this dental clinic. Our 4 kids enjoy coming to this place. The staff is amazing. Very courteous and helpful. Dr. Shibata is great. She speaks English and is very clear when explaining the treatment and giving suggestions. She is very professional. If you have an appointment the waiting time is very good and the procedures are very smooth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

::・Appropriate treatment (explanations for treatment are easy to understand and thorough; there are 3 treatment tables, but you won't have to wait too long) ・Since we start early in the morning, it is easy to plan your schedule. ・There are no forced upsell proposals based on the survey. I went around a couple of times and finally got to it. I will continue to go there until I move.

::They were very attentive from reception to explanation to treatment, and they kindly talked to me during the treatment, so I was able to relax and receive the treatment. ::Wonderful service here. The head dentist speaks English very well and making an appointment online is easy. I went in for a cleaning the other day and my appointment started as soon as I finished my first-time-visit medical forms. During the cleaning, the staff were very efficient and thorough. I especially appreciated that they give you a refresher course in brushing technique. I had confidence in my brushing, but at the beginning of the cleaning, they stain your teeth to show the areas you are missing when brushing. I feel like I can have a lot more confidence in how I'm taking care of my teeth. The prices are very affordable as well. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

Treatment explanations are also thorough. Best of all, the inside of the hospital is so clean! Very clean. You can wear shoes here! ? I went in nervously. Like other clinics, reservations are prioritized, so the waiting room is a little small with only 4 chairs for one person, but I thought it would be fine as I was shown around and a space became available when the time came. The wallpaper in the X-ray room is interesting and cute.
