Staff is friendly and helpful, they know English. The building looks a little bit dated but still is nice. Free bus shuttle to train station is nice

I have mixed feeling about this hotel. An old hotel that needs an upgrade. The service is inconsistent and you barely being recognize and get room upgrades as Platinum members. Rooms are small but the lounge is great. Location is about 10 to 15min to Tokyo Station by taxi and there are some restaurants and convenient stores within 10 minutes walking distance. Ambience : 3/5 Bed       : 4/5 Design  : 3/5 Food     : 4/5 Price.    : 3/5 Service : 3/5

Comfortable beds.. nice rooms but starting to look a bit dated. Garden out the back is beautiful and could have sat out there all day. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Most have good English skills. This hotel is a bit out of the way and not really walking distance to any shops, so you'll need a taxi. About 900 yen to the Shingawa train station. Taxis are outside so readily available.

Mixed report on this property. The rooms and common areas have been nicely renovated. But the rooms are a bit small and the location is not very convenient. The lounge and Platinum member amenities are very ordinary. Food and restaurants are ok, but not notable. The staff are professional, but not very friendly or particularly helpful. This hotel seems to cater to large tour groups which may explain the overall positioning and pricing (which is quite fair for a property like this in Tokyo). Overall, the fair pricing makes up for the less convenient location and modest facilities so it is worth considering.

A great hotel! Great service, the rooms are spacious and the hotel is close to the train stations. All the staff are friendly. We've stayed in this hotel several times and we've always been pleased.
