::I went on August 11th at 4:50. I have come to this store many times. Delicious as always. The restaurant has the feel of a yakiniku izakaya, and I really like the atmosphere. However, when I made the reservation, I couldn't get through to the phone, which was very inconvenient. I would like them to improve the ability to make reservations online. (You can make reservations at least one month in advance)

::Two of us came to the restaurant and the counter happened to be empty, so we were able to sit down. The volume of Yonezawa beef is not that big, but the meat is delicious. Moreover, it is grilled like a Genghis Khan hot pot, so it has vegetables and meat. The oil is soaked and delicious❗The customer service is good and the atmosphere of the restaurant is also nice. On the way home, when I was paying the bill, the owner's wife? Grandma said thank you and we received candy for each of us and left the store. It was a store that I would like to visit again.

::They used the iron plate used for Genghis Khan, and the meat was sweet and fatty and delicious. We had a variety of things including liver, hormones, and mino. The most delicious thing for me was the fatty ribs! The cabbage that has absorbed the fat is sweet and delicious😋 A young boy was working hard in the hall. There are several parking spaces available next to the store.

::Yonezawa, Yamagata Prefecture I have decided to come back from Tokyo often to visit this store. good ☆A privately run Yakiniku restaurant with reasonable prices. It's amazing that you can eat Yonezawa beef at this price. Yonezawa beef yakiniku is rarely available locally, so I ordered everything I wanted without worrying about the price. I was surprised when I paid the bill. It was about the same price as eating regular meat at a regular yakiniku restaurant in Tokyo, or even cheaper. ☆Of course, Yonezawa beef is good as a steak, but only at a yakiniku restaurant can you enjoy different parts of the beef in different ways. Fresh liver is a special dish that you can't get at a steak restaurant. ☆Even though I was alone at the counter, the seats were deep and there was distance between me and the person next to me, so I was able to enjoy the meal very comfortably. ☆The staff at the store are kind and helpful. Even though it's a popular restaurant, there was nothing special about it from the moment I called to make a reservation. The young people working part-time (?) are also new to us, but they are able to explain things clearly and are very responsive. On the way home, I took a break from my busy schedule and was met by the owner of the kitchen (?) and my mother who saw me off. ☆ A unique Genghis Khan-style grilled pot where the meat is grilled on top of the pot and the vegetables are grilled around it. Since it's Yonezawa beef, it makes sense considering that it needs to be lightly cooked. ☆I also enjoyed the horned garlic (see photo) that is unique to Yonezawa and the curry to finish the meal. ☆No smoking! (It has become popular in Tokyo, but when I travel to regional cities, I am surprised to see so many signs saying "Smoking is allowed" and avoid it.) bad ★No
