  I got the bonito ramen! This mountain while ordering everything normally! Plenty of bean sprouts and plenty of grain! Last time, I topped it with suckling pig. I almost fell off so I didn't do it this time! We successfully climbed the summit!

  I don't like thick noodles, so this was my first time here. I didn't really know how to order, but the female staff member explained to me in detail that there are a lot of vegetables, that the noodles are hard, and that red ramen is quite spicy even if it's 0 spicy, so I was able to order smoothly. I wasn't really expecting much from the salt ramen, but as soon as I drank the soup, it was delicious! ! a voice said. It is rich and has a deep flavor. The char siu will fall apart just by holding it. It has a lot of flavor and is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I asked for less vegetables and was able to get them without leaving any leftovers. The red ramen was really spicy, and I'm glad I didn't force it to be more than 0 spicy. The inside of the store was well kept and very clean. The store staff is kind and the store is comfortable. I was very satisfied with the taste and would like to visit again.

  Thankfully, this is a Jiro restaurant that stays open until 11pm, relatively late at night in Matsudo. There is a counter near the entrance and a table in the center, so there are quite a lot of seats. Is the menu simple, ramen and tsukemen? There are quite a lot of them, including Chinese noodles. It's interesting that they have two types of spicy and dandan... They also have a very rich lineup of mazesoba and tsukemen. This time I tried miso mazesoba. Thick pork belly pork, plenty of vegetables, garlic pickled in egg yolk, and cheese - just junk! The chewy, thick noodles are flavored with miso and are delicious. Although it is filling, it is also relatively easy to eat. I think it would be delicious with some rice too. It was a miso mazesoba with a sense of security and trust.
