The price is not cheap, but the rich sesame sauce is entwined with the crispy fried eggplant...the rice goes on and on. You should try this once. I also liked the udon noodles (champon noodles), which had a strong flavor and a moderate volume. On the other hand, I felt that the fried rice was moist and light, and balanced well with the rich flavor. It was a very delicious lunch. At first I thought it would be a hassle because it had bones, but it was so delicious that I didn't care. I was sucking it all the way down to the bone😋 The amount of Sara Udon is also huge. The noodles were cooked just right and had a light and fragrant feel. The thick champon noodles and crunchy texture are irresistible😍 If you change the taste with vinegar or sauce, you can eat it in other ways.
