  The staff are very responsive. but The problem is that it is difficult to change the time even if you send Yu-Pack. The only option I had was to contact the destination station and use the navigation dial, so I had to pay more than the shipping discount. We responded online, but it was not possible to move forward💦 As for private courier services, Yamato Transport is probably cheaper and more convenient. There is still some red tape to be done. I chose Yu-Pack because I could pay for it with the stamps I had left over.
