::Rating is 1 or less. First of all, they are arrogant and talk to customers in a rude manner, and they are very shirking their responsibility when they don't know whether the mail is damaged or not. If you dropped the mail (described as fragile) from someone saying that and pretended you didn't notice, there would be no apology. Flexibility doesn't work either. I rarely get offended, but it's pretty bad.

::This is the friendliest post office I know. I use it all the time, but it's so bad that I'm writing a review here. The two male staff members are always friendly and responsive. The problem is the female staff member who is always at the counter. The woman with the short haircut who is always there has an overbearing attitude, and her customer service is not customer-oriented at all. Even when telling customers that something cannot be done due to postal shipping regulations, instead of saying it in a strong, forceful way, they should think a little more about how to say it, respond with a low-key reply, and say, ``I'm sorry,'' so that local residents can use the service. It would be better if you could think a little more about what you are doing. Let's change our customer service attitude.
