  Emergency response hospital in Tsurugaya. Since I needed an early image diagnosis, I received a referral from a private hospital and went to this emergency center. First of all, the woman at the counter who greeted us at the entrance was polite and kind. As soon as I handed over my letter of introduction, a young female nurse came over with a wheelchair and spoke kind words to me. Several nurses came to my bed for the preliminary examination, but they all smiled and took care of me to make sure I didn't feel anxious, and I was relieved that my impression wasn't as bad as the reviews said. The doctor's examination was very detailed, and if I had any other concerns, he said he would take the test another day and suggested the earliest available appointment date. In the first place, even if you are referred from a private hospital, I am grateful for the system of accepting patients so that they can see you right away on the same day (outside of clinic hours). Even though the hospital has an emergency center, there are not many hospitals that will treat patients outside of business hours even if it is not an emergency transport, so I was grateful.

  I was transferred from hospital to hospital, and was taken by ambulance to an open hospital where I was admitted. I was told that there was no guarantee that my life would survive if I returned home, so I underwent a thorough examination in the middle of the night and was rushed to the hospital.   When I was brought to the emergency room after attempting suicide, a male nurse said to me, "People like you are a nuisance." I was scolded. If I work in an emergency department, I'm sure patients who attempt suicide often come to my hospital, but I think this is a hospital with low-quality nurses who don't have the desire to study and update their knowledge about the patients who often come to their department. Ta.

  One-night, two-day medical checkup. The nurse in charge also gave detailed explanations and was kind and made me feel comfortable. The food was also delicious.

  Poor response. Even though I was sick, I had to explain my symptoms from scratch every time someone changed, and they didn't give me a proper medical examination, so I kept getting tested, and the medicine wasn't prescribed properly, so it actually got worse. I want doctors to communicate this properly. I will never go again.
