  When a customer points out or warns us at the counter, some staff members do not respond well, perhaps out of resentment. Even during free hours, there are not many post office employees who make blatantly unpleasant faces towards customers. Postal workers are also in a profession where trust is important, so I would like them to treat all customers, young and old, who live in the neighborhood, with honesty so that they can use our services comfortably. I think there is room for improvement if they reacquaint themselves with their position as postal workers. We have been using this service on a daily basis, so we appreciate your continued support.
