  I went south about 10 minutes from Aoba Shrine to visit 🚶 It's a small bureau, but the staff were flexible in handling mail and savings 😊

  When I sent something for the first time and didn't understand anything, I said, "I'd like to send something..." and the older female staff member acted as if she didn't even understand. There may have been some communication issues on my part, but there are times when everyone uses the post office for the first time. At least we didn't have an overbearing attitude, so I have to say that the staff's response was inappropriate. In the end, I was told that this is common sense, and that people these days don't even understand it. I don't think I will use it in the future unless I have to.
