  Fantastic view from the room and the outdoor spa, even can see sunset, but too bad is a raining day, I missed.

  I love this hotel. It proves that older can be better!! This hotel is 50 years old and is still going strong. Rooms are clean, food is delicious, staff is friendly and professional, building is well-maintained and onsen full of amenities and toiletries to try. I feel like this is a comfortable and special home. We are on our roadtrip and came across this area by surprise. Seeing the beautiful sunset here, we decided to stay for the night. We are very glad we did. Room, kaiseki dinner and breakfast was less than AUD$100. Highly recommend coming early and enticing the sunset view from your room or the onsen or the lounge area. The rooms is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Kaiseki was delicious and I really enjoyed the seasonal dishes. We also tried the fried oysters (which we ordered as an extra). Staff is great! Erika-san at reception was wonderful - friendly, attentive and helpful upon check-in. Chieko-san was our server for kaiseki dinner - very helpful, proactive and kind. Excellent value. Support smaller local hotels like this with heart, soul and warmth.

  Older onsen, but clean and beachfront. Kid friendly... Added dinner and breakfast package... Great deal!

  The dinner is very good and the view from the hot spring is best.
