::Rarely seen in old streets~ Just saw this A post office in an old street!!!
Mami Matsumoto (Lucia)
::As expected, the building is located in the post town of Sekijuku, and at first glance, it has an old-fashioned atmosphere with white walls that makes it hard to believe that it is a post office. I stopped by during my cycling trip and had a landscape stamp stamped on my local form card. Both Matsusaka beef and spiny lobster came with a bonus mini card. *Payment is in cash only. (Please note that some post offices accept credit cards, so please note this here)
TK
::There is a high tag from the Edo period on it. The exterior is also designed to match the streetscape of Sekijuku.
みねやん
::At full size, it was apparently one of the largest of the 53 Stations of the Tokaido. This shows that this area was a transportation hub.
芳川裕一
::The post office also has an appearance that fits in with the townscape.
