  This is absolutely a better version than 7-11. It’s frequented by locals. It’s a regional supermarket chain in nagano area with more variety and better prices than convenience stores and many other supermarkets. They have a wide variety of milk, ready to eat food and they have a sink, microwave and hot water in store.

  Typical supermarket with goods cheaper than 7-Eleven. There's a good selection here, with bins outside and places to park your bike.
