::I've heard that the quality of nursing is worse than Mikatahara Hospital, but it lived up to its reputation. The only saving grace was that the doctor treated me very well. There are some kind nurses, but being kind does not necessarily mean reducing the anxiety of patients and their families. I think it's difficult for nurses to work within a time frame, but patients and their families also operate within a time frame. If the scheduled surgery time has passed, I will say a few words to let them know that I am running late, and if I know that a family member will be waiting before I go to pick them up for surgery, I will do so. has not been completed. Although there may be a difference in their skills, they should be treated well. It would be fine if there were only a few people who couldn't do it, but I don't think the quality of nursing would improve if they were only involved with people who couldn't do it, and if those people were teaching juniors. The only thing I can praise is the teacher's response, so I gave it 2 stars. Nurses are people too, but I want them to take responsibility for their work.

::Seirei hospital is third world standard and doesn’t even deserve one star. If you are pregnant, do not go to this hospital. When I was expecting my first baby, the gynae & mid wife in charge only told me AFTER I pushed, not to push and their negligence and lack of advance proper guidance led to a second degree perineal tear which left me in pain for 4 to 5 months. Even with painkillers, I couldn’t sit, lie down, walk or use the toilet without struggling in pain There were so many unnecessary issues during my first delivery at Seirei which I’m too tired mentally to address one by one. Now that I’m pregnant with my second baby, I do not have another option in the region to choose a better hospital that provides epidural unless it’s a scheduled epidural. I do not have prenatal depression for both my pregnancies. Right now, I’m suffering from depression due to the poor medical service and care at Seirei. After my visit at Seirei yesterday, I couldn’t sleep the whole night & couldn’t stop crying and all I can think of is to abort the baby so I don’t have to suffer anymore. Seirei did not give me proper assurance that they will do their best to make sure I won’t have to go through all the issues I faced during my first delivery during this second time. It’s unacceptable and frustrating after chasing Seirei for an answer for months only to find out after months of waiting that my husband is only allowed 15 minutes visit each day after delivery. If Seirei is worried about the spread of virus, why do their medical staff (gynae & midwife etc) not take proper precaution for example a Covid test themselves? We have been pushing Seirei for an answer for months. We requested them to give us a definite answer as soon as possible so we can find another hospital that I can trust and feel at ease with even if it’s further away in Nagoya or Tokyo. They took months to get back to us! Now that I’m 22 weeks pregnant, I asked the gynae at Seirei when is the latest I have to change hospital? She answered “Best within 2 weeks because I need to write a letter for the transfer” If they did not waste our time waiting for months, we could have find a suitable hospital elsewhere earlier instead of having to rush to find one now. After every visit at Seirei, it leaves me more depressed, upset and frustrated. The doctor and nurses witnessed me breaking down, cry and wanting to choose abortion. They did nothing to comfort me and kept telling me that this is the rule and there is no way. They did not offer proper solutions and most importantly, offer proper mental health support which is extremely crucial. Not even a piece of tissue while I was crying.

::Overall, they provide good and professional service from the receptionists, nurses, and doctors. Waiting time is often quite long, more than an hour. Parking spaces in the basement are very limited, but there are 3 other car parks nearby with a cheaper rate. For those coming with public transport, there is a bus stop right in front of the main entrance.
