  Entered the store before 6pm on Saturday in late May 2023. It seemed like the seats were filling up more and more after 6pm. Every dish I ate was delicious, and I was happy to have a lively conversation with a friend I hadn't seen in a while. I couldn't take many pictures because of the lively conversation, but all the dishes I ordered, such as fried burdock and sea urchin pasta, were delicious and satisfying. It's located in a residential area, so it's difficult for anyone other than the locals to go there, but it's a store that makes you want to go out of your way.

The highlight is the fatty tuna sashimi. It melts instantly on your tongue, and the sweetness you feel on your tongue is first-class and delicious. Finally, I ended up repeating it for sushi. Tachi (milt?) tempura also has a sticky flavor that lingers at the bottom. The way the Tsubo Tai was coated with fat and grilled was amazing, I could almost lick the bones...lol The last cream pasta I ate had not only the flavor of the shrimp and scallops, but the level of cream sauce was too high. Overall, the sake went well with it. I don't know much about it, but I'm glad you introduced it as fruity and spicy. I found this shop by chance on the internet, and I wonder if it caters to locals? I think it's more delicious than the one for tourists.
