  Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were kind and the public bath was very clean and nice.

  Booking through Expedia for my trip to Japan was the worst decision and the hotel was not accommodating at all there were multiple issues and customer service refused to help I had booked for three total and reached out multiple times that Expedia made a mistake and was tried getting help and just got a bot that said I would get a call back never did then was told there was no front desk and tried customer service at the hotel but they don’t speak English and they refused to fix the issue then I had to pay extra and we do not eat pork and the signs and advertising said that it was halal and when I requested to make sure the food was halal they denied it and said they could not help. This is by far the worst experience ever and would never return or book this again

  満足です。完全にスッキリしました。 A pleasant ryokan that adheres to the expectations of what would be. It was great to change the pace of busy Osaka daily life with a more secluded, nature-filled scenery. A bit of lackluster breakfast which takes 1 star off, but I've never been into traditional Japanese food much so I'm biased :)

  worth the money for the stay...delicious food with amazing views from the room...I enjoyed the outdoor hotspring with the sunset/sunrise view there are two bedrooms. one in western style with normal beds while the other is in Japanese style with beds in TaTaMi Breakfast and dinner are not served in the room, you need to go downstairs to the restaurant for it. you will have the meal in your own room which gave you a very high privacy

  I got what I paid for. A room with view and a private spa all to myself and family. The facility is a little old but still kicking. Food quality is 3/5 hardly impressive. Clean, quiet, polite and respectful like rest of the Japan.
