Thank you for helping me with the birth of my first child. First of all, there were several times when the receptionist or the cashier said something that I didn't understand. The first time, I handed in my check-up form to the cashier and was told, ``Today, you will pay at the payment machine.'' However, I received a phone call later saying, ``I had something to give you...but next time... Please speak to the cashier before leaving,'' and I thought to myself, ``?'' The second time, I called because the midwife told me, ``If you can't make a reservation for a checkup from the app, please call me,'' but the receptionist said, ``You can also manage your reservations on the same screen as the app.'' So even if you call me, there are no slots available.'' I thought to myself, ``What?'' The third time, even though I had just received my baby's health insurance card the day before, I was asked, ``Do you have a welfare medical expenses recipient eligibility card (← Health insurance card is required to apply)? If you don't apply early, you will be charged the full amount.'' When I heard that, I thought, "???" (There's no place to leave a newborn baby for one-time surgery, so there's no way you can just go to the city hall, which is open only on weekdays...) What he said may not be wrong, but the way he said it was somewhat thorny and I felt bad about it. I understand that you are busy. In addition, when I asked a young midwife for some pain relief when I was writhing in pain after giving birth, she said something along the lines of, ``Other people are going to the bathroom normally,'' and it was difficult for me to get any pain relief. Sometimes, when I thought I had brought some, I was given a weaker painkiller than what the doctor said I could take. While I was in the hospital, an experienced midwife told me, ``If it's too hard, you can take my baby to the neonatal room and rest. Don't push yourself too hard.'' Someone would say, ``Now that your baby's exam is over, let's take you to the room,'' and bring the baby in. (I wonder if they can't get enough spinach because it's a big hospital?) They were very quick to explain how to use the baby bottle to make milk (sterilize it, etc.), but there was no explanation at all about how much to give to the baby. To be honest, with face-to-face parent classes not being held, I was often confused because I wasn't taught the things I thought I would be taught while in the hospital. Even though I wanted to ask questions, since it was my first time giving birth, I didn't know what to expect... so I left the hospital feeling confused. Of course, there were many doctors and midwives who gave me friendly advice. The food was delicious and the cleaning staff were very nice. thank you very much.

I gave birth to my first and second child here. The teachers and nurses may or may not be a good fit for each person, but I found them all to be kind. They will listen to you properly as well. (When I was examined by a part-time worker, I somehow felt that it wasn't a good fit for me...) It's embarrassing to say that when I was in the hospital after giving birth, I cried every day due to the pain and postpartum depression, but the nurses listened to me, the doctors came to check on me, and they treated me very kindly. 🥲Even though I was supposed to be busy, I felt both sorry and grateful. Even if you make a reservation, you will have to wait at least an hour, but if I have another chance, I would like to use this hospital again.

Thank you for helping me with the birth of my first child. Although there may be long waiting times, Everyone was kind and I had a comfortable stay in the hospital. The director of the hospital gave me an examination when I was discharged from the hospital, and he spoke to me in the kindest way, which brought me to tears. I felt very lonely that I was still only able to see her twice a week, so I thought it would be nice to be able to see her every day if possible. The food was delicious and the cleaning staff was kind. Some of the nurses, midwives, and receptionists may be a bit cold, but I don't think they are particularly harsh as I think they are working very hard despite their busy schedules. If you ask, they will give you an answer, and they will respond appropriately. I felt a sense of security that only a large hospital can provide. thank you very much. I would like to take care of you when I give birth to my second child.

I was taken care of for a week due to surgery and hospitalization. During my stay in the hospital, all the staff treated me kindly and made me feel at ease. Immediately before the surgery, the nurse held my hand to ease my nervousness, and even when I was having a hard time after the surgery, thanks to her kind words and careful assistance, I was able to recover considerably both physically and mentally. I am grateful. Although the building is old, it has been renovated and the hospital rooms were very clean. The food is also delicious. There are many reviews about the long waiting time at the outpatient clinic, but I think it can't be helped that the waiting time is long because each patient takes a long time to see the doctor. In my case, it took about 1 hour and 30 minutes each time from reception to checkout, but the doctor gave thorough explanations and listened to patients' stories and questions, making the consultations satisfying, so I didn't mind the wait time. did. I would like to order here if I have the opportunity to give birth in the future.
