::This is a local hospital with a long history and tradition dating back to the Meiji era. I'm good at surgery. I used to go there often when I was a kid, but I haven't been for a while. A few years ago, when I tried to move my dog who was sleeping heavily, he bit me on the cheek. Since the bleeding hadn't stopped and it was around 8:30 a.m., I went to the 24-hour emergency department of the Women's Medical College, which was still in Nishioku at the time, but was told to line up for the general outpatient department, which opened at 9 a.m. When I called Sato Hospital and explained the situation, they came right away and told me to go directly to the surgical examination room, where I was examined. I received 4 stitches, but no scar remains.

::First visit for a surgical consultation. The receptionists and nurses are generally kind. It is better to see the surgeon on Saturday afternoon. I went on a weekday and had another teacher take a look at it, and I felt it was more appropriate than the Saturday teacher. The teacher on Saturday afternoon was kind and helpful. I enjoyed receiving treatment.

We explained to him that since it was a time when tests were not possible, we could not make a diagnosis, but only treated the condition, and that medicines were limited in the hospital, unlike dispensing pharmacies. ::I had my family examined by Dr. Yumi Sato. Even though he was busy working from morning to night with emergency calls and house calls, he took the time to frequently inform me of the situation and was very courteous. Twice, I asked for a 180-degree change in direction, but they accepted without showing any offence, and worked together with me to think about the next course of action. The person in charge said that she is a kind and polite teacher and has a good reputation within the Comprehensive Support Center. I've seen past comments, but I think the sentiments of patients and their families, especially in hospitals, are often upset, so I think the perspective will differ depending on the situation. Doctors are also human beings, so I don't think they can handle everything perfectly. At least for my family, they were very considerate.
