  When I shipped the EMS, I was asked, ``Have you registered?'' I said, ``If you don't register, you won't be able to print out the label you brought, right?'' and they said, ``Someone can bring the old label.'' Hoop I thought it would be obvious if I checked the date, since the label is OK if it is within 7 days of the scheduled shipping date. I didn't really understand the intent of the question because even if you create multiple labels, the tracking number will only be available once it is received at the post office. The customer service is always nice no matter when you go and the person changes. There are no ATMs.
