::I brought my mother, who is in her 70s and is taking medication for schizophrenia and dementia, to the dementia outpatient clinic because a document to submit to the guardianship system requires documentation of the current state of dementia. Dr. Ide, an elderly doctor whose schizophrenia had been taking for more than ten years and had been calm, was given 1mg of risperidone (side effects can cause symptoms that advance dementia). Even though I wasn't a psychiatrist, I was given no medication after just a month without even seeing a doctor. The doctor at the then-current Shirahae-machi Clinic Psychiatry Department (which has since closed) also said that it was too early to reduce the number of patients. After that, my mother started having hallucinations and auditory hallucinations, and she didn't sleep for three days, and only slept for an hour at a time. The symptoms of schizophrenia were clearly getting worse. Since the purpose was to check my current state of dementia, I did not receive a medical examination after that. When I contacted the hospital, I was told that it would be difficult to adjust the medication for dementia. Although he was not a psychiatrist, he easily assumed that the risperidone drug for schizophrenia was the cause, and the dose was reduced by half at the time of the first examination, and he was diagnosed with risperidone several weeks later without going to the hospital to check on his condition. I lost my risperidone tablets, which had kept me mentally stable for several years. I think we will examine the condition directly and then adjust the medication. As a result, the reality is that his mental condition has worsened, not to mention dementia, from what he had been diagnosed with up until now. I felt sorry for my mother and said that I had done something that could not be undone. I don't know about other departments. It has been 5 years since my mother, who was mentally calm, lost her medication due to the irresponsible judgment of an elderly doctor who was not even a psychiatrist. She still has symptoms of schizophrenia and my mother still suffers from insomnia and has not slept for three days. This often happens. I have severe hallucinations and auditory hallucinations, and I talk as if I were actually there. I talked to the psychiatrist I had been seeing and asked him to reinstate risperidone because I wanted to alleviate the symptoms of schizophrenia I've had for several decades, but my mother was in her 70s, and the side effects of the schizophrenia she had caused I was told that there was a risk of falling and becoming bedridden due to light-headedness, or of suffocation due to difficulty in swallowing, but thinking of my mother who is currently suffering from schizophrenia, I consulted with a doctor and decided to take 0.25 mg of risperidone instead of 1 mg of risperidone. I just got it back. I haven't had any side effects when I put it back, but I speak in German, have hallucinations and hallucinations, talk to myself, and have insomnia and only get 2 hours of sleep. I understand the hospital's argument that it is difficult to adjust medications for dementia, but it is a well-known fact that although dementia can be delayed, it cannot be completely cured. I regret that I should not have taken my child to a doctor who did not specialize in schizophrenia, a mental illness, but only looked at the medication he was taking without actually seeing the patient. I'm a family of three and my mother is the only one at the moment, so I'm sad. I hope that more people do not experience the same pain and regrets that I did.

::~When I called the department, I was directed to a toll-free number, and when I called there, it seemed like they were communicating with the department, but I had to wait a long time and couldn't hear anything. In the end, you end up wasting your time saying, ``I'll call you back.''

::Thank you for taking care of me multiple times when my family was hospitalized. All the nurses were polite, and the guards were also kind. Even though the doctor should have had trouble explaining my condition over the phone, he was very kind and took the time to explain my condition over the phone. He performed the surgery in a way that I was satisfied with, and he handed over the details in written form, so I was able to entrust my family with peace of mind. Furthermore, although I cannot go into detail here, when I came from far away near midnight on the day of surgery with a change of clothes, the night shift nurse treated me in a way that brought me to tears. There is no reason to give this hospital a low rating. For your reference, people who give low ratings tend to give low ratings to other facilities as well. *If I gave it 5 stars, it would be a lie, so I always give the highest score as 4 stars.

::I go to the hospital regularly. The waiting time is long, but it's not a problem because you have to wait at all hospitals. The nurses and office staff at the department I attend have always been polite. I have changed doctors several times, but each doctor has always listened carefully and explained the results of my blood tests, etc. Blood samples are taken every time I visit the doctor, and I feel like my turn now goes more smoothly than before, probably because the reception desk has been mechanized. I think the people in the blood collection room are also efficient and polite.

::Surgery was successful, stay was comfortable, staff were polite and helpful. Got an itemized bill at the end. Was only allowed visitation by appointment, and not to the room, but in a meeting area on the other side of the building. Won't complain about the food, but it wasn't like my normal diet; after a week, no significant weight gain or lose. Mask required to enter the building. Of all the staff, only the doctor spoke any English, so if you don't understand, being someone who does.
