::The following are the shortcomings of this hotel. 1. There is a fee for hot springs($1000 JPY) 2. Not enough bathroom supplies.(No bomb, no shaver…) 3. Very far from Shopping Street. 4. You have to wait in line for a long time for breakfast and when you enter to the restaurant, you still wait in line for a long time. 5. Breakfast is not good.

::Great location and 5 star staff ⭐️ You can easily walk to the centre (with all restaurants and such) while there is a convenient shop right next to the hotel. Rooms were a bit older than expected, and the toilet wasn’t as comfortable as other hotels in Japan. The top floor bar was also really cool, even though you had to pay a smaller fee to enter and the taste of the cocktails were, so-so. Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast buffet or one of the hotel restaurants, sadly. Got too excited for other things. Unfortunately if you have tattoos, you can’t use the onsen… which is standard in Japan but still hurts every time. 🥲 Even so, we got a great deal for our stay and slept really well. So no regrets 🙏

::It’s not the latest thing because I was too angry. This hotel made a mistake on my booking ( they gave me a cheaper room but I’ve booked the more expensive one) When I asked for the mistake, they told me that I have to pay extra money to get the room I want… Why??? I already paid, right? Not mention the worst attitude. If you love prince hotel, then maybe this one will make you change your mind. I am so disappointed.

::I majored in hotel management at a university and have a long experience working in the hotel's human resources department, I like the place called the hotel, and I respect the hotelier. Currently, I do not work in a hotel, but I enjoy traveling and experiencing many hotels in many countries. But one of the F&B employees I met at this hotel felt like he didn't even have basic manners. As you can see from the picture, the restaurant allowed us to sit right next to the entrance, even though there were many empty seats that day. Usually, restaurants guide customers to the inside close to the food when seats are empty at the inside table, I guess this hotel doesn't follow the usual hotel service? When a family member living in Japan asked the staff if they could change seats, (He even made this gesture from afar🙅❌) and only made a brief comment, "The seat is fixed." I don't want to think about this, but did you assign a seat next to the entrance because you didn't like Koreans or Chinese? If that wasn't the case, he should have come close to the guest and explained it kindly, and it was an act of showing the level of this hotel to have him sit right next to the doorway even though there were many empty seats in the first place. I personally like Japan and have never felt discriminated against, but due to the strange staff of this hotel, I will never come and recommend this hotel in the future. The staffs at Tokurei Hotel are even more compared because they are so friendly. And the Tokurei Hotel was very happy to have Hokkaido ice cream in both breakfast and dinner, and it was very convenient because the dessert cake was delicious and the snow crab was trimmed to make it easy to eat. But this hotel ice cream has regular ice cream sold in convenience stores, cheap slices of bread, and completely untidy snow crab. Work hard in front of the entrance because you have to cut and eat it yourself!
