::An elderly member of our family fell ill during our trip in Japan and we decided to seek medical help here - the WhatsApp channel was extremely responsive (replied us once the hospital opened) and the interpreter (Ms Teki, てき / 麗娜) accompanied us from the point of registration all the way till collection of medication at the end of the day. She even personally followed up with prompt updates about the test results days after we left the hospital, for which we are extremely grateful for. Very impressed with the experienced doctors and nurses, the hospital ran a bunch of tests for us (CT scan, blood work, x-rays) all within the same day. The total bill was extremely reasonable compared to a private hospital in Singapore.

::Was able to book an appointment quickly over WhatsApp when I had gastritis. My English interpreter なかじま-さん (Nakajima-san) was very helpful and stayed with us throughout the process. Communication was an ease! They have English, Mandarin and Russian interpreters, you can check their website under International Medical Support Office for more information and the WhatsApp contact.

::My 11yr old came down with high fever and vomiting half way through our trip.. we decided to bring her to seek medical attention here. It was such a smooth process, we whatsapp the hospital and told them we needed an english interpreter. Replies were prompt When we arrived, the interpreter- Emiko Nakajima was already there waiting. She was with us throughout registration to consult to medication collection. We did an influenza test n had an array of meds.it took us roughly 2hrs end to end, and the bill wasnt crazy - below ¥30000. Not bad for a non appt with a paediatrician plus test n meds! Thank you so much.. it meant alot to us.

::Their PCR testing facilities are great and very foreign friendly. We were in and out in minutes and benefited from a skilled translator who walked us through the hospital check in and billing processes. Very good service! Highly recommended! Parking is free for eight hours. You need to have your parking ticket validated at reception though.

::We had a great experience as foreigners. My S/O became really sick and we were quite distressed at the time not knowing why (turned out to not be a dangerous sickness). We were recommended this hospital from a staff member of another hospital. They used iPads to connect us with fluent Japanese-English translators. It took less than 2 hours to get an appointment and see a doctor. The pharmacy is in the hospital which greatly facilitated the process. I was very impressed since in Canada, we usually have extremely long wait times in our hospitals. Overall, I was very satisfied with the rapidity, resourcefulness and execution of the staff members. It cost a fair bit of money though (~10k yen for consulting). Better have travel insurance!
