::It's bigger than a convenience store, but there aren't enough items to stock up on. I thought it would be an expensive store, but it has CGC products, so it's surprisingly reasonable and may be cheaper than Maruetsu.

::I'm surprised that they offer such attractive products in such a compact size. That said, the checkout line is symbolic, but the line where you can have the staff fill your bags for you rather than the line where you have to fill your own bags gives you an idea of the true nature of the customers this supermarket serves. What if I whispered in your ear, ``This is not Isetan or Seijo Ishii, ma'am?'' If you charge even 100 yen for a service that is done for you by someone else, you'll probably find that your customers will suddenly start doing it themselves. There are a lot of new products, and I feel like they're of a high standard even among Santoku stores, and I'm also surprised that they sell cheese and other hors d'oeuvres in the evening on weekdays. The side dishes and bento boxes are also thoughtful, and many of their recommended products, such as additive-free soup and original jam (though they look exactly like Tsuruya), are really good, so I sympathize with them. The reason there is so little frozen food and so little fresh fish is probably because people around here don't cook.
