::It's convenient because it's next to the station. There is a police box nearby so you can feel safe. There are sufficient numbers of ATMs. There is one bookkeeping machine in the ATM corner, There is one money exchange machine near the bank counter. There is also an ATM within the bank where you can pay taxes using a payment slip. The staff are very responsive and very helpful. There is ample parking space, both free and paid. Pedestrians have priority at the crosswalk in front of the ATM corner entrance. There are often motorcycles waiting, so be careful when using a car, including parking illegally. (Added June 2024) It appears to have moved to the Kishiwada branch in March 2024.

::Visit us just to change your address. Have to wait for over an hour. During that time, the procedure was confirmed, and after a while, a different bank employee came and handed me a form. At that time, there was only one other person and it was my turn, but I was instructed to fill out the form on the sofa in the waiting area rather than at the counter. After that, another bank employee will handle the documents you filled out at the counter. In the end, I explained to three bank employees that I had come to change my address. During the hour I arrived at the store and waited on the sofa in the waiting area, I watched two veteran-looking bank employees serve customers at the counter in front of me. This customer was served coffee as soon as he was seated. This store is probably moving to a new location and wants to attract big customers, but if that's the case, it would be nice to have a counter next to the counter that looks like a VIP seat that can't be seen from other people. What is the difference between this customer and me? Well, I didn't get any coffee, but I had three bank employees serve me, one more than this customer because of a change of address. ^_^ Isn't it too inefficient?

::I was also very hesitant when I came here because up until now I had come here based on the criteria that customers had evaluated, because most of them were 70% correct or more, but when I came and asked about the procedures when studying abroad When students join a bank card, the instructor is very dedicated and cheerful, making me have a very good impression. I think that after receiving negative feedback from users, the staff has changed somewhat. I am really satisfied with this change.

::It's a large building with many counters, but there are only a few employees. There are only a few counters in operation, so you have to wait quite a while even though there are few customers. A security guard will guide you around. In this day and age, I realized that banks are also having a difficult time.

::It is located next to Izumisano Station, and parking is prohibited on the road in front. Up until now, I used to park in the coin parking lot next door and go to the ATM, but it seems like it's no longer free since last summer. I didn't know this and had 100 yen taken in just a few minutes. In that case, it would be more convenient to withdraw money from an ATM at a convenience store, but even though it's a major bank, the service has gotten worse!
