::I love Chinese rice, gomoku yakisoba, and rice and noodles topped with Chinese bean paste filled with vegetables. That's why I wanted to try Sanbotei's Gomoku Umani Ramen. My hands got cold from walking around the cherry blossoms, so the warm ramen with sauce was a great relief. I cheered myself up before heading to work. I also ordered some char siu as an appetizer, and tried it on top of my ramen. The pork fat warmed up in the soup and became soft and delicious. When the ramen soup and the bean paste are mixed together, the bean paste tends to become muddy, so use a thicker bean paste and use more of it.
