::I stopped by on my way back from Asahiyama Zoo. It's located very close to the zoo. Atmosphere like grandma's house. I ordered a cake set with coffee for 630 yen. It was carried on a cart. Placemats were laid out and tableware in thoughtful colors was placed. I received a mini soft serve, chocolate cake, and pear tart. It was probably a homemade cake, and it had a simple yet gentle flavor and was delicious. Considering that the coffee alone costs 450 yen, it is a very good value for money. I wish it was around 750 yen to 800 yen... It was very polite and nice, but it took a long time from ordering to being delivered. It was pretty empty, but I think it took about 20 minutes to get there. The atmosphere, scenery, and taste are good, and the prices are reasonable, so it's recommended for people who have plenty of time or who don't mind waiting.

::Very lovely owners. Rustic atmosphere. Beautifully tended garden. They also have an annex where they sell handmade pouches, bags, caps, spectacle cases. I forgot to take a photo but they were all beautiful and reasonably priced. Food was wonderful. Served with seasonal produce. Very fresh, elegant, homely, very good! Proprietress were very honest types. We ordered bentos for ¥1000, and a yuzen for ¥780 just to see what it was. I think yuzen is just like kyoto obanzai, and without the chawanmushi within the bento set. Each bento comes with the side dishes of the day, a chawanmushi, and a delicious soft serve with a side of equally yummy red bean paste. They were both very very good! I also asked for a hamburg steak with no rice and the lady was happy to oblige. Hamburg was made of wagyu, very soft, creamy, delicious. The mushroom side dishe she used was delicious. The dishes were all intricately plated. There seemed to be only one person cooking, so come only when you have time. I highly recommend this place. I hope they can continue serving out their passion for a long long time and live healthy happy lives.

::A lovely cottage setting, run by two friendly ladies. There’s parking and the cottage is surrounded by a pretty garden. Good food for a good price. Didn’t try their ice cream but will surely try next time!

::What a gem! Delicious food served on beautiful dishware, in a tranquil house. Price is very fair, for a decent amount of food (menu I took was 680 yen, including a generous dessert).

::Pure local japanese food..we order 3 dishes. the ohagi was quite special(red bean+glutinous rice+peanut powder)..the beef hamburger is soft and mild creamy..still, alot better than MacD's beef hamburger
