::This is an inn that you can easily use for a walk around Tausbetsu Bridge. 6000 yen for 2 meals is reasonable and home-cooked food is great. I would like to repeat it again.

::This is a ryokan located in the middle of Kamishihoro. The facility is also well kept. The men's restroom is on the second floor, and the women's restroom is on the first floor. As for the bath, I went to a nearby town-run hot spring facility, so I don't know. It was cheap at 9,680 yen for two people including breakfast.

::I use it when going to Taushubetsu Bridge and mountain climbing. I'm sure there are improvements to be made if I look for faults, but it's a family-run inn with reasonable prices, so I'm always satisfied with my stay there. The wife is also a nice person, and the breakfast is also good. (If you are dissatisfied with this price, there are other hotels in Kamishihoro, so I think you should stay there.)

::I stayed here for 4 nights without meals with my baby. They were kind enough to let me use a larger room, but it smelled of cigarettes and was a bit unpleasant. The children were happy to be able to run around as it was spacious. The futons, towels, and toilets were clean. It didn't seem like much effort had been put into the bathroom, the towels were flimsy, there was a lot of limescale and mold in the bathroom, and I didn't feel like I was taking hot water with the super water-saving shower head. This is a men's bath, so the women's bath may be different. It might be a good idea to go to the nearby town-run public bath or Nukabira Onsen (I can't go there because I'm traveling with an infant). There are two washing machines and one dryer. There was detergent, hangers, and a drying rack in the room, so I didn't have to worry about washing up. The women's restroom is on the first floor, and the men's restroom is on the second floor, so you may want to keep this in mind when making a reservation. I think it's in the center of Kamishihoro, with a supermarket right in front and Seikoma and bars nearby, so the location is very good.

::The musty smell in the room (room 106) was so bad that I couldn't sleep at all. The bathroom also had a musty smell. Everything else is fine. The food is decent, the toilets are clean, and the rooms and hallways are kept clean. Ah...the water pressure in the shower may be a little weak. I think it's the best for a low price that includes meals, but if only the mold was gone, it would have been a perfect score of 100.
