  I went there for my child's medical examination. Other dentists were not very polite, so I was introduced to this one, and I could hear the staff talking and gossiping, which made me a little suspicious. It was a shame because it has a good reputation. Treatment was normal.

  Honestly, this is a dentist I never want to go to again. The receptionists and dental hygienists are very kind, but the director's attitude was terrible, and I, as a patient, could hear him yelling at the staff, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Also, it may be unavoidable, but even if you make a reservation, you will have to wait for about 30 minutes. Then, without a single word of apology, he came over and started treating me in an arrogant manner. Do you think that you are the only dentist in this world? I'm an amateur, so I don't really know if I'm good at it. However, no matter how good his skills were, he was a dentist I would never go to again.

  The gums around my wisdom teeth had been swollen since this morning, so I decided to check on them, but I was worried, so I searched online for a dentist near me that I could make an appointment with, and Sakamoto Dental Clinic came up. Since it was close to my house, I immediately made a reservation for three days later, but by the end of the day I felt something was wrong with it, so I hurriedly found a reservation for that evening, so I went to see it. Since it was a gum problem, I thought I would take medication and have the tooth extracted at a later date, but the doctor carefully advised me that the tooth could be extracted today, but since my body temperature was high, it would be better to take medication and have the tooth extracted. The other staff members who guided me through the X-rays were also very kind, and I think this is a comfortable dentist! The staff at the reception desk were kind and thorough, and the clinic was clean.Even though I had to visit on a short notice that day, they called me in right away and explained things to me in detail.I am very grateful to them. Next time I'll have my wisdom teeth removed for the first time, and I'm scared, but I'll leave it to the doctor! Thank you for your response even though it was a short notice🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

  This is my regular dentist. At first, I was hesitant to go because I saw bad reviews. However, after checking the website etc., I decided to give it a try and made a reservation. First of all, it's a blessing that there are easy-to-understand buildings and plenty of parking lots. When I entered the entrance, there was a towel for those who got wet from the rain, and I felt warm. And Robbie? It wasn't that big, and there were cute ornaments and bookshelves, which made me feel good. There were some interesting books and magazines, so I was happy to read them while waiting for my turn. There have been some negative reviews about the teachers and staff, but I have never had a bad impression of them. The doctor greeted me politely and politely before examining me, gave me easy-to-understand explanations, and told me things like, ``There will be some staining here,'' which made me feel very at ease. The staff are also polite and kind, they remember what I say, and everyone is very friendly and nice. When it comes to communication between doctors and staff, unlike between doctors and patients, it's work, so I think communication is short and clear. Sometimes I feel cold and do I yell? I think there may be a misunderstanding that Maybe it's because the doctor cares about the patient, so he feels that the staff shouldn't make mistakes. (Just my opinion) My friend was scared of going to the dentist because she went to another dentist and the doctor scolded her about her cavities and said, "This is not good lol," but I don't like this one in the slightest. Without saying anything, he explained the solution and said, ``There's a hole here, so I'll treat it.'' I felt great service and hospitality.   I had been suffering from tooth pain for a long time, and when I was looking for a dentist to remove it, this hospital caught my eye. When I went there, I found that the receptionist and staff were kind, and the director worked quickly and removed my tooth without much pain. I am now relieved of many years of pain and am glad I came here. The director is a person who talks directly to the point, so I think there are pros and cons, but I think he is a kind person at heart.
