::Anyone planning to use this site should take a look. Even though there was a prescription error, there was no apology and the phone calls were rude from beginning to end. Frontier Medicine ⭕️ I checked the prescribed medicine at the Mikuni store, but the pharmacist in charge didn't check with the hospital and gave a baseless response saying he thought it was okay. Suspecting a prescription error, I called Fronti○ Pharmacy and explained the details, and was able to get a call back from the reception desk. I explained the situation to the nurse who spoke rudely from start to finish, but the person on the other end of the phone kept changing, and I had to explain every time.I was irritated by the nurse's lackadaisical attitude, so I went to the dermatology clinic on Friday.⭕️ The teacher didn't apologize and was rude from beginning to end, trying to get me to come over by talking in a bossy way, and when the story was over, he cut off the conversation and made me even more angry. I want my previous teacher back. I would like you to not treat this as just a complaint. If there had been a mistake in prescribing a life-threatening medication...what if the patient had not realized it was a prescription mistake and had taken it by mistake, leading to a life-threatening accident...I would like him to sincerely apologize. I don't think I would want to entrust my life to a hospital that doesn't apologize or show any signs of remorse for mistakes like this. I will also tell my family and friends not to use this service in the future. If you are considering seeing a doctor and are looking at this, please change your doctor's appointment.

::I visited the hospital because of back pain associated with breathing. I didn't know the department in charge, so I asked the receptionist, who listened to my symptoms in detail and advised me that it was probably an orthopedic department. Thank you for responding so comfortably. Unfortunately, the orthopedic clinic was closed that day, so I was advised to see an internal medicine clinic instead. However, there were many patients in the internal medicine department, so the waiting time was long. I entered the hospital around 8:30 in the morning, but ended up finishing around 12:00 noon. By the way, it's a weekday (Friday). I think it's difficult for the nurses as well, but what I felt was the biggest loss of time was when they called for a patient, but they were either gone somewhere or were too far away to hear, so they couldn't go and look for them. Many, many...😓💦This may be unavoidable since most of them are elderly💦 So, I thought that something could be done in terms of operations within the hospital. I filled out a medical questionnaire in advance, including my height, weight, symptoms, past medical history, and allergies, and submitted it, but after a long wait, I was called, had my height and weight measured, and was asked the same questions that I had written on the medical questionnaire. I did. The nurse had written it down for me, so I thought I wouldn't need to fill out a medical history form if that was the case. I felt that. Basically, it's a repeat of "waiting for a long time → being called (2-3 minute consultation) → having to wait for a long time". I had to wait for hours and the examination time was extremely short. I waited about 40 minutes after the x-ray was taken before I heard the results. Maybe it can't be helped since it's a general hospital, but I'd be happy if the waiting time could be shortened a bit.

::When I went to the meeting. I was standing in front of the nurse's station trying to schedule my next appointment with a nurse, but all the nurses just ignored me even though I made eye contact with them. Moreover, the content of what I heard was a private conversation that had nothing to do with work. When I told her I wanted to make another appointment, the nurse asked me, ``So, are you coming for two days?'' Then, while I was visiting my grandmother, she became unwell, so I asked a short, slender nurse wearing short glasses on the third floor. When I asked the nurse, ``Excuse me, my grandmother is not feeling well right now, so could you please take a look at her?'', and the nurse only replied, ``Yes.'' She never came to see my grandmother, and there was no way she could tell me that someone else would take her place. The nurse's attitude is really bad. I seriously don't want to let you go.

::The doctor's attitude is ridiculous. The prescription is appropriate. I don't see patients. Aren't you thinking about your errands after work? I used to go here a lot when I was a kid, and the tradition has been passed down from then on, in a bad way. I'm glad I was able to reconfirm it. A hospital where you don't want to be cared for unless you have to.

::A general hospital with a history of 130 years, counting from the former Municipal Mikuni Hospital. In the old days, it had an inorganic feel like a block of concrete, but in the new building, the interior is based on wood. My daughter and wife have been taking care of it since before it was rebuilt. When I first entered the new building, I was surprised to find that it didn't look like a hospital, with chic wooden floors and a calm interior design that reminded me of a log house! And there are trees growing inside the hospital! ...Thank you very much for your help when my daughter was hospitalized. I am grateful to the bright nurses who took good care of me. Currently, my wife is suffering from diabetes, blood clots, internal organs, etc. In the case of a life-threatening situation such as a blood clot, the patient will be rushed to a prefectural or university hospital. Apparently it's because they don't have the equipment to save lives, and I think that's the same for all hospitals. After that, the treatment will continue. I am my wife's driver, but there is one thing about it: the waiting time at the internal medicine clinic is long, and sitting in a chair for long periods of time is quite tiring. I wait in front of the doctor's office, but if there isn't a TV to distract me, I might reach enlightenment or fall into a dream. There is a TV in the large hall in front of the checkout, but there are almost no people waiting there. I always wish that Mikuni Hospital would come up with some kind of distraction, like PR monitors or videos about diseases. Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, you cannot enter without having your temperature taken and disinfecting at the entrance. Previously, a security guard would take your temperature, but now there are two young women at the temperature check area, and when the machine gives you an OK sign, they say "Thank you!" Masu. I hope that the day will come soon when I can smile and say, ``Back then, they wouldn't let me in anywhere without taking my temperature, disinfecting my body, and wearing a mask.'' I know it will be difficult, but I appreciate your continued support.
