Last week, I felt sick and hadn't eaten anything, but when I first went to the emergency room, all they did was do a test. I said I wanted an IV drip, but they wouldn't even let me into the hospital! However, hospital charges are extremely high! I haven't received any treatment! A few days later, it got really bad, so I called and was told that people with coronavirus can only be given an intravenous drip in an emergency setting, so I went to the hospital in the evening. After a long wait, I was given an intravenous drip and painkillers, but they didn't respond, so I had a CT scan and X-ray taken, and even though I wasn't feeling well, I was left alone in a private room. There is no nurse call and I can't even call! In the end, several ambulances came and responded! Only those who can get to the ambulance are not emergency patients! People who can provide emergency services are coming here because they want something to be done right now, but this hospital is acting strangely! It hasn't happened! The emergency nurse told me that I would be cured within a few days, but after I got home from this hospital, my condition got even worse! worst! I'm scheduled for surgery in July, but will I really be okay at this hospital? I have nothing but anxiety! I was told that the teacher was coming to talk to me, but I had to wait for about an hour before I told my family! I was told that the bill would be sent by mail, but I didn't tell my family anything about it, and the receptionist didn't seem to know either! There is no cooperation! First time in a hospital like this! Impossible!

I have a history of hospitalization. I was taken to the emergency room. When I came to, I was tied up with mittens without my family's consent. I don't know if it depends on the ward, but the nurses are completely silent except for the reception. I have eyes and I'm asking for help. I'm sure there is such a manual. I don't know what nurses are for. It's a chemical-smelling room with no smartphone or TV. Once I was transferred to the hospital, I was free, and some of the nurses were kind to me. It is unknown if the former Saiseikai nurse is still around, but it is said that there was someone who snacked on the patient's food. I don't want to be hospitalized again. I wish the doctor in charge would stop assigning someone who couldn't do anything. I'm worried that the doctor in charge only has a name like a trainee doctor.

At first, I had severe lower back pain, and on the second day I felt joint pain, lethargy, and a slight fever, so I called around 7 a.m. to ask how to take the medicine. The man on duty at the pharmacy came out and asked me about the situation, and he said, ``If you are unable to drive to the emergency room at night, please come by ambulance and I will take over the situation.'' I had the Calonal you told me about, so I told her I would try it and if it didn't work, I would come to the emergency room. His response was, ``If you feel unwell, please come.'' However, even after taking the medication, the problem did not improve, and I had lower back pain, physical weakness, and a slight fever, so I called at 9 a.m., and a female emergency nurse answered the phone and explained the situation to me. She said, ``There are a lot of emergencies. , please go to your family doctor.'' I have had heart surgery twice at Saiseikai, once 10 years ago and last year, so Saiseikai has the data, so they won't treat me as a family hospital. ? I called the hospital thinking it was well-equipped for testing, but they said they had my recent data to find out what was causing the symptoms, but they said, ``My lower back, especially my spinal column.'' I can't examine her because there's no doctor available.'' I don't understand why the nurse decided that the cause was a spinal disease. What's more, even though my family doctor told me that I didn't feel well, it seemed like he didn't want me to come see him. Why do I get rejected at the nurse level? A few years ago at Kyushu Memorial Hospital, I was refused a regular medical examination by a nurse who answered the phone in the same way, and this is the second time I have been refused by a nurse over the phone. I doubt whether this response is okay. Both nurses answered the phone, and you could tell they didn't want the number of patients to increase. Even if you are a nurse, you are a working person, so do you have a problem with the number of patients increasing? As expected, it was clear that they wanted to enjoy their work. That afternoon, I went to my primary care doctor and had blood tests done, but he said that my inflammatory response was rapidly increasing, but they couldn't pinpoint what was causing the inflammation. That's why I called Saiseikai, which has a wide range of testing services, but I had doubts and disbelief as to whether the nurse's response was, "Waiting time is long! We can't examine the spinal canal!" Although it is a very good hospital, the emergency nurse's treatment was disappointing.

A few years ago, my mother was brought here with a subarachnoid hemorrhage, and after a long surgery, she survived. I regret that I was discharged from the hospital without being able to properly thank the doctor at that time. Now, thanks to you, my mother is doing well. I am very grateful to the doctors, nurses, and other staff.

What a stupid hospital! I called in advance to ask if we can come to the hospital, my wife had severe headache for hours, couldnt sleep and she might be pregnant but the stupid person answering the phone just casually told us to go to a nearer hospital. They are the nearer hospital. What a nonsense hospital!
