  Nice and spacious room. Very clean and modern. Soundproofing is good. Bed is comfortable. What i like the most is that the toilet, wash basin and the bath are separate.

  Rippoff on Laundry. Charging more as asked. Not clean not dry. Charged for tv rooms not clean. Dirty all around. Washing machine are still filled with water after use. Cant even put my bags in the room. Have to put it on my bed.

  Location is fine, rooms are tiny that there is no space for your bags, if you leave them in the wrong place they won’t clean your bed. The laundry service is deceptive, there are 3 options for shirts but they will use the most expensive one without consult.

  A "typical" Japanese busines shotel - small rooms, lots of amenities, functional rather than charming. So I was looking at a wall and could not open the windows. I had barely anywhere to hang clothes but admittedly had a lot of stuff for a six weeks stay with me. The location is good, close to two tram stops, walkable to train station, some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. My room was super tiny but I did have a comfy bed, a separate toilet and bathroom, and tthere is a microwave in reception. I think a nicer colour scheme and nicer linens than , say Toyoko Inn, and somewhat more modern looking. Definitely a place that offers a comfortable room to sleep and rest.

  Stayed here for a night. Clean and quite comfortable. I like how their bath and toilet are separate; wish it’s the same for all business hotels. 🙂 Could’ve given 5 stars if their pillows were of better quality — I mean, I literally needed to put extra towels as cushion. I know they could provide extra pillows, but still. 😅 Breakfast at the hotel’s cafe was okay. Also a good thing whenever a hotel’s check out time is 11am and not 10am. ✌🏼
