::This hotel was absolutely incredible! The staff was extremely professional and helpful, and service at the hotel was very good! The staff also spoke English well. The hotel room was very nice and having a personal onsen in the room was great for people that have tattoos to still be able to get a nice soak in hot spring waters! Be careful though the water is extremely hot without added some colder water! The public Onsen at the hotel does not allow for tattoos! The location however, was amazing with plenty of restaurants right on the water and a few souvenir shops as well. The breakfast at the hotel is a traditional style Japanese breakfast and was incredible. The hotel is right next to the airport but the sound wasn't bad inside the room and the planes don't fly nearly 24/7 like many other major airports. There were no planes after 10pm if I remember right. All in all, I highly recommend the visit and will definitely be visiting again!

::We enjoyed our stay at Ryukyu Onsen Senagajima Hotel. We booked a standard double room, which was small but had everything we needed. Our booking included traditional Japanese breakfast. The food was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We also enjoyed the hotel's onsen—the hot spring water was detoxifying and relaxing. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The view of the sea and the planes taking off and landing on the runway was beautiful and relaxing.

::Only visited the onsen on a day pass. Top notch onsen, clean, well designed and had a good variety of spa chairs, full immersion tubs, shallow pools and deep pools. Steam sauna and salt sauna. You pay one admission price for however long you want to stay. A solid 1.5-2 hr is recommended. No food service inside the onsen area, but vending machine drinks are available in the clothed onsen area. In the unclothed onsen area, there is a drinking water fountain. Because it almost feels like an island which is great, it is a bit harder to get to. Local buses stop directly outside the hotel to and from Naha as well as nearby monorail station. A tourist bus on a loop also stops here to go to the outlet mall and Naha.

::It's very humid inside of the hotel where there is actual condensation. Not sure if the air conditioning wasn't working or they chose not to turn it on? I could feel a drastic change in humidity once stepping out of my room. Beds are separated But we ended up just pushing it together so we had one big bed Breakfast presentation was great. That was the highlight for me. I had wanted to do dinner, but was unable to due to my partner's schedule. The hotel was good at responding within 24 hours to an email. When we got there the air conditioner was not on so the our room ended up being super humid and hot. It took a long time for our room to cool down as the air conditioner is not a very fast acting big one. So I do recommend you make sure yours is on before you leave the room. I had also accidentally put some things on top of the remote so I couldn't find it and didn't realize it was a remote instead of something on the wall. So don't look for a thermostat, look for the air conditioner remote. We got the room with the onsen which also included a foot bath on send. We did not use the foot bath as we couldn't figure out how to transfer the water from the big tub to the foot bath. We were asking just as we were checking out how we were supposed to transfer it, and they told us when you asked they will give you something to use. So definitely ask. One of the negatives was there is no food after a certain time. Pretty much after 9. :00 p.m. there's nothing to eat in the area. There is a fridge so you can prepare and have things ready for yourself, but you can't just go out and grab something quick. It was a problem for us since my partner didn't get in until late. So just prepare your room if you got hungry later night snackers. Wish we had gotten the higher room. Regret not getting the club floor room now. It didn't sound like there was any other benefit but the added amenities (higher end facial products), but it neglected to mention the 3rd floor rooms are on the ground floor when looking out. So you are looking out onto grass before you are the ocean. Not all the staff speak English very well. I made the mistake of walking down there without my phone, so no Google translate. Would not recommend. Definitely bring your translator with you just in case. There are some that can speak English, put the one person on night staff that was Manning. The desk was not able to help me. Noticed they had an infinity pool but it was closed. Was not informed about it at check in. So was unable to use it. Also the photos from that spot weren't as nice since it wasn't full.

::The staffs were polite and sincere, especially those concierge personnel (Applaud to some of the female staffs that braves the strong wind in order to assist us) that welcome guests at the entrance. Despite cold and extreme wind speed weather they really do their job respectfully. The room conditions were well maintained, simple enough to maintain some Japanese charm. Onsen was one of the main attraction of the hotel though sometimes can be a bit crowded.
