::I have used this service over 10 times, but this time there was something glaring, so I would like to write a review. The lady's customer service attitude is too bad. They were yelling at elderly employees and employees who had come to work overseas, and the lack of elegance and dignity was noticeable. It was very jarring. The hot springs are the source of Akayu Onsen, which is sure to make your body feel better. That's probably why there are so many words that are offensive. He probably doesn't realize it himself. I hope the audience listening to this doesn't feel uncomfortable. Why not think about how you want to talk and get a consultant who can help you avoid making the other person feel uncomfortable? Madam, if the customer himself realized this and improved the quality of his customer service, wouldn't it be possible to increase the number of customers even more? I stayed at Akayu Onsen, but compared to the cheaper hotels, the hostess' attitude was more arrogant and she didn't pay much attention to the food or the hot springs. This is not a complaint, so don't worry about it. I guess our values did not match those of us who stayed there as guests.

::Hot water is also good. It's true that the view from the room isn't great, but it's spacious and clean, so it's still okay. The artwork is also nice. Next time I would like to stay with meals included.

::This is my first time at Akayu Onsen. This is an inn with hot springs flowing directly from the source in the rooms. There is of course a large public bath, and there are Roman baths, rock baths, and other baths with different tastes, and men and women can take turns at different times. I think the changeover time was 10pm. The bathtub in the Roman bath is deep, but when I entered the bath immediately after checking in, the water was not yet full and it was just the right depth. The temperature of the water was hot...it was said to be a weak alkaline salt, but I couldn't take a long bath. This inn seems to be reminiscent of medieval Italy, just like the Roman baths. There are furniture and pictures on display, but it felt like a strange mix for a ryokan. There is no elevator above the 2nd floor, so you have to go up some steep stairs. Older people may find it difficult... The meal was delicious with sashimi and jelly dessert. There was grilled fish and tempura, but for some reason they were cold. It's a common misconception that grilled fish is warm because it's supposed to be grilled. served cold I could tell that the beans and rice were also warm. The warmest of the two meals was the miso soup and rice for breakfast. I think it has to do with manpower and preparation, but I wanted warm food to be served warm even in summer.

::Overall I'm satisfied. I was exhausted on the day of my stay, so I was disappointed that I couldn't finish the hearty dinner! The breakfast was plentiful and the rice was so delicious that I had to refill it. The eggs were special and I was very impressed by how delicious they were. Men and women take turns bathing based on a time system. The hot water was very nice and I was able to relieve my fatigue comfortably. The inside of the building was decorated with various paintings and had a bright atmosphere. (This seems to differ from person to person.) The Japanese-style room and toilet were both well-cleaned and I was able to relax.
hi
::First family trip in a while. I headed there feeling excited and hoping to relax. When I arrived at the front desk, I was greeted by an old woman who appeared to be the landlady after a few minutes, turning around to greet me. She didn't smile and explained things to me in a matter-of-fact manner. Even though the guest rooms were on the second floor and there was no elevator, all the luggage was with the guests. The lighting inside the museum seems to have been adjusted to accommodate the exhibits, and the curtains are closed, but to be honest, it's so dark it feels creepy. When I entered the room, the tatami room was cleaned, but the bathroom and washroom were very dirty. The floor is full of mold. Most of the food was cold, extremely bland and tasteless. A level that makes you wonder if you've tasted it. I have stayed in many places, but this was my first time staying at a place like this. Although the money you pay is not cheap, you can often get away with such services. I felt they were making fun of the customers. I won't go there again even if I make a mistake.
