::There are no shops or even vending machines. There is also no ice machine. I used the family bath (1 hour), but the water output was adjusted...the water was so hot that it was difficult to use the shower. The bathtub was lukewarm, and there was a faucet so it was somewhat easy to adjust. The refrigerator in the guest room is small and cannot be frozen (you can request freezing at the front desk). The TV was large and clean. There is free Wi-Fi. There is no toilet or sink in the room. It is a 3-story building, but there is no elevator. It is not barrier-free.

::I compared it with hotels in the Onomichi city area, and choosing this one was a great choice in terms of cost performance. The food is delicious and the amount is so much that even a woman can't finish it all. There are no elevators, and some toilets do not have heated toilet seats. I only saw one employee, but he made a great impression and made me feel at ease.

::Stayed from November 20th to 21st, 2023, with breakfast only. There is a main building and an annex. The room is a Japanese style room with a separate toilet. Although you can't take a bath at the super public bath, there is a large public bath facility that locals often visit on a day trip. Perhaps because there were a lot of regulars, I didn't think it was a very relaxing space. The room wasn't new, but it was well-cleaned and comfortable, and above all, the woman at the reception was more pleasant and kind than any other receptionist I've ever stayed at. Due to the low price, the toilet was in a different room, but since I drink alcohol, it would have been nice to have a toilet, and I didn't feel comfortable meeting men in the shared toilet. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. Next time, I would like to stay overnight with toilet and dinner included.

::Ryokan onsen was great! The highlight of the stay! Room was very dusty though, woke up with a dusty room which was very unpleasant.

::Amazing experience! Though most of the staff speaks little English, Google translate was enough to communicate with them and they were very helpful, trying their best to help us. They even lent us one of their personal adapters since the hotel didn't have any for the guests. We originally booked a room for 3 people instead of 4 as it was the maximum capacity of one room, but we easily got 2 rooms with no additional charge besides for the extra person. The hotel has multiple convenience stores near it and even a supermarket! There is also a large restaurant called "Joyfull" that opens from 1Am to 8. The room was clean although I feel the bathrooms needed a good deep clean. The rooms we stayed at were in the building across the one we checked in at and the one that had the restaurant and baths. It was an insightful glimpse to the traditional lives of the Japanese people generation ago, although i don't recommend staying there for more than a few nights as sleeping on the floor can be uncomfortable for some. They do provide a comfortable futon though!
