  The woman at the front desk is the worst. I couldn't sleep because of the customer noise, so when I called, they hung up on me. It's worse than a customer with bad manners.

  I had heard that the room didn't have a bath, but I really didn't like the fact that there wasn't a toilet either. I was allowed to use a nearby super public bath once, but I can't say it was very clean. Also, the walls are very thin so you can hear noise from the next room. It's fine if you're just staying alone, but not recommended for multiple people. However, when I asked the front desk for ice or glasses, they responded politely, so I have no complaints about that.

  We came here for a family lunch and the food and drinks were amazing!

  I wonder if a place like a waiting area for employees was converted into a room. There is no sense in having a glass table in a Japanese-style room. The air conditioner (heater) is like an oven. The location of the bathroom is difficult to find. The price is reasonable, so be prepared to use it.

  Since I woke up early the next morning, I tried to set the alarm clock, but the display went off, probably because the battery was dead. I asked the front desk if wake-up calls are possible, but they said they are not currently available. I have a watch and ask him to use it, but when I tell him the battery is dead, he responds with a troublesome response, ``Do you want to change the battery?'' When I told him that I would like to make a request, he seemed even more bothered and said, "Please wait a moment," and hung up the phone roughly. Even though we are in the service industry of accommodation facilities, this response is the worst... After that, I brought an alarm clock, but she said, ``I don't know how to use it.'' Honestly, that was a really bad response! This time I used it for a business trip, but if you are going on a fun trip, I think it will ruin the atmosphere, so please be careful when staying here.
