The sweet potato and pumpkin bullet was fluffy like a chiffon cake and quite delicious. I was surprised at how reasonably priced they all were. Is the road leading from the national highway to the store narrow? It looks a little scary during the snowy season, so I want to go again before it snows (lol)

  I grew up in Germany. I think I know a little about Scandinavian bread, and since I live in Tokyo, I often go to bakeries. I was surprised when I ate it. I have never eaten such delicious bread. It's delicious. I went at the beginning of April 2024. The store is surrounded by Koshihikari rice fields. I wanted to see spring flowers in the nearby mountains, so I went there to take photos. Look out over Mt. Hakkaisan, see spring flowers, and eat delicious bread. It's the best. The French bread and prosciutto I brought home were exquisite. I'm sure it varies depending on the car model, but depending on the car navigation system, there was some error. However, the store is located in a large rural area, so you get the idea.

  This restaurant has a reputation for being delicious, and it was just as delicious as the rumors said. The outside is cute, and the inside is also clean. The white bread and side dish bread also looked very delicious. This time I wanted to eat inside the store, so I gave up on the white bread and went for the ``Shiratama and Red Bean Paste Danish Bread.'' The shiratama was not too hard, the red bean paste had just the right amount of sweetness, and the bread dough was so delicious that I wanted to eat more. The parking lot can park 5.6 cars in front of the store. However, the road leading from the national highway to the store is narrow and you may be a little worried, wondering if there is really a store down the road, but don't worry. There are 3 chair/table seats and 1 raised seating area inside the store. The view of the countryside and the sacred mountain of Mt. Hakkaisan from the chairs and tables is very beautiful, and it's worth it just to drink coffee while looking at the scenery.

  It's a delicious bakery. There is also a cafe space (eat-in area), so you can eat the bread you purchased as is.
