  Whenever I go to a place with the name Rokin, I always feel that the confrontation at the counter is not good at any branch. It's completely different from other banks. “I didn't have any complaints as long as it wasn't good, but the greeting and attitude at the Goshogawara branch was bad. I often use Rokin, so I always felt disappointed, but this branch is at a level that I don't want to go to. The only good thing is that the building is new and clean!

  A woman with long brown hair is poorly treated. I didn't hear what was being said till the end. I thanked them for their help in the loan screening process, but the phone calls to inform them of the results were one-sided. I went with my child, but I ended up taking the person who came alone to a private room later. The attentiveness and customer service attitude is too bad. I will never go there again.
