See it on Instagram and come visit us! They are very particular about the soup, noodles, oil, etc.✨ Until now, I had never found the dipping sauce for the smooth soup to be so delicious. Rinko is so delicious!! ️ Soup full of flavor! ️ I've never really liked tsukemen that aren't thick, but Rinko's are super delicious! ️ Many concepts were overturned 😊 The owner is very particular about the Japanese sake as well, so it's a great place for people who like "alcohol and ramen" ︎👍🏻 ̖́- Good sense of sake 🍶 The customer service was very good and I enjoyed the food🍴😋🍴

Moved from Miyakonojo City to Miyazaki City. I have been a big fan of Kitahara Grocery since it first opened in Miyakonojo. After that, it moved from Kitahara store. Rinco, an izakaya restaurant that is rented during the day, was also very popular even during the coronavirus pandemic. From there, it moved to a new location in Miyazaki City. I came here in June, thinking it was about time for a ramen restaurant to open in late April and have a long line of people after seeing it on social media. It's a very popular restaurant, so I went there at 1pm to avoid having to line up, but I was still 7th in line. After waiting for 50 minutes, I finally got in, and there were still 6 people in line behind me. When we entered the store, the couple greeted us warmly with smiles as they were familiar faces. I ordered the Ajitama Meat Mashi Tsukemen. The sophisticated noodles are thin noodles made by Teigaku in Kyoto, the finest flavored egg that melts in your mouth, melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork with the aroma of searing, and chicken slices cooked at a low temperature. The soup stock also had a gentle and consistent deliciousness. I thoroughly enjoyed the healthy ramen.

Every time I went there, there was always a line, so I finally felt a little calm, so I came to the store. It was already past one o'clock, but there was a line. I had ginger miso and tsukemen. The miso tastes rich and rich. The green onions and onions are a nice accent. The noodles were soft, so I think I'll order them harder next time. The tsukemen had a gentle taste. Since I made it extra large, I added dashi soy sauce to the dipping sauce and enjoyed it to the last bite. The flavored egg had a runny yolk and was delicious.

※There is no parking lot. There is a 60 minute 100 coin parking lot in front of you, so we recommend that. I wanted to eat tsukemen, so I ordered the ``extra large sardine tsukemen.'' Tsukemen 1100 yen + extra large 200 yen for a total of 1300 yen. (This is a 100 yen discount to commemorate the opening.) You can choose the amount of tsukemen from 140g, regular 210g, large 280g (+100 yen), extra-large 350g (+200 yen), and extra-large 420g (+300 yen). The interior of the store is clean and stylish with cheerful background music. I felt that the store staff's customer service was pleasant and nice. Next time I would like to try regular ramen.

I visited the store about 5 minutes after it opened, and it was already almost full. I was guided to the counter seat where there was just one empty seat. The interior of the store is vertical with 8 seats at the counter and 2 seats in the tatami room at the back. To commemorate the relocation and opening, there was a 100 yen discount. It was my first visit to the restaurant, so I didn't rush into anything, so I ordered a large serving of dried sardines tsukemen (1100 yen) (+100 yen) and the famous Keihan (380 yen). The clerk was very nice. The rice bowl arrived in about 15 minutes! First of all, I was surprised by the thin noodles, which didn't look like tsukemen. As stated on the menu, the taste is certainly quite mild (bland in a sense?), and tastes may vary depending on the person. I felt a little unsatisfied at first bite, but as I continued to eat, I could directly taste the flavor of the niboshi and chicken ingredients themselves. The noodles were thin, which is unusual for tsukemen, but considering how well they intertwine with the soup and how well they go down the throat, I think they go well together. thank you very much!
