The receptionist and nurses were very kind and courteous. The problem is an internal medicine doctor named Ishizuka. He pretends to make fun of people and doesn't even look at me. Why did you come? I don't know because I'm an amateur. How to speak and use words that are more considerate of people's feelings Is it not possible? I feel so bad. My company told me to go I went to the hospital, but I don't want to go there again.

Awareness of coronavirus countermeasures is low, and the quality of office staff and nurses is very hit or miss. [CASE1] At the top of the official website, it says, ``Please call in advance if you have a fever,'' so when I did so, the first office staff was kind and courteous, and explained to me how to handle isolation (staying in a separate room from the normal reception). Ta. Although the doctor was busy, he completed the examination and prescription without any problems. [CASE2] The following week, when her symptoms did not improve even after taking the medication, she called for a second visit, and a male office worker connected her to a nurse. The first thing the nurse said was, "Huh?" He continued to say things like, "Huh..." in an overbearing manner, as if to say, "Why did you call me?" Does this response to patients who are cooperating with infection control measures, as the hospital says, mean that they can suddenly go in without a reservation and wait for the normal reception and spread the coronavirus?

According to other people's posts, it seems that there are some really terrible doctors and staff, but this hospital seems to have few full-time doctors. Is it like having a rotating duty lawyer? So there may be quite a few hits and misses. Fortunately, I've never had any unpleasant experiences from the reception to the doctor's appointment, and it's always busy, with little waiting time, and the service is good, so I use it when I have mild symptoms. My mother also goes to the hospital due to a chronic illness, but only when the doctor in charge is very responsive. Sometimes when I go to another doctor due to circumstances, I complain about the poor treatment. It seems that there are some excellent doctors, but there are also some who reluctantly come here as part-timers. The level of medical care at the hospital doesn't seem to be high, so I don't feel like using it if I have a serious illness or a condition that requires hospitalization. I think it's a good idea to call the doctor on the phone and check the reputation online before going.

I went there a few years ago for my first nursing training, and it was too harsh. When he is in a bad mood, he treats students like punching bags. Even when handling hot water in preparation for cleaning "Students don't need gloves!" and refused to let me wear gloves. Even if you say you want to wear gloves when actually cleaning the room, I clicked my tongue and my reaction was "Huh!?💢".

If things don't get better, I'm thinking of getting into serious trouble with this hospital. ■Doctors/Nurses ★★★★★ Response/Treatment/Speed Overall very good. ■Reception/Accounting ☆☆☆☆☆ It's so slow, it's so unusually slow that it feels like they're purposely trying to kill time and get paid. It was so late that I went out for a few minutes and when I came back, I still didn't get called, so when I went to ask the cashier, she said, ``Huh? I called you earlier?'' Perhaps out of concern for the other person, or because of personal reasons, she said, Domineering, coercive, insulting, belittling, humiliating, looking down on, belittling, cursing, being jealous, jealous, and backbiting. This is not normal for both men and women. Please see a psychiatrist. If you don't want an OR that can't respond in a human-like manner, why not introduce an automatic accounting machine and reduce the number of staff? Even when it comes to vaccinations, they don't explain what they need to explain at the time of reception and only tell you about it later. Do not give any authority to the receptionist/accounting person. That's why this kind of power imbalance is created, causing confusion on-site and causing trouble for customers. Make it clear where accountability lies and hold them accountable. ■Comprehensive evaluation ★☆☆☆☆ Everything that is good about this hospital is destroyed and toyed with by the people working at the front desk on the 1st floor (both men and women), rendering everything and any effort meaningless. This is a huge waste, and the reception and accounting procedures should be fundamentally revised. If you don't understand after explaining it, all the staff will be replaced, and if you are a new person, you will obediently listen to what your superiors tell you, right? You'll do it, right? What is the reason why the people on the 1st floor can't do it? Will you take action if it doesn't require you to resign? Isn't this even a joke among the 1F members? Even if that time comes, people like you will never reflect, only on the surface. This hospital will not change unless all the personnel involved in the reception and accounting on the 1st floor are replaced.
