As for the taste, Nagasaki Sara Udon has a lot of ingredients and has a consistent taste, but I didn't feel anything special about it. The dumplings were well-grilled, but I would have liked a little more flavor. They also have other representative dishes such as Champon, all of which you can easily enjoy the authentic taste of. Ringer Hut in Fujisawa is clean and has plenty of counter seats, making it easy to visit alone. However, the tables are sometimes not fully cleaned, with water spots or slight dirt visible. The food is generally good; the Nagasaki Sara Udon is tasty with plenty of ingredients, though not particularly unique. The gyoza is well-cooked but could use a bit more flavor. Other popular dishes like Champon are also available, offering a quick and convenient taste of authentic Japanese cuisine.

  Hello I am Kumar i love Ringer Hut I go many times at, many others shop i have been 3 Time at, Fujisawa Fujisawa Ringer Hut staff are good but owner is not polite very bad I think I am not going anymore Thank you
