::good points : - good access from the airport, placed in a quiet area with not many tourists - nice view both from the room and from the lounge - club sandwiches at the lounge was very good - chic, modern interior and spacious room, especially the bathroom is very luxurious with a nice view. The dressing room is very spacious as well - amenities are strong , okay coffee machine in the room - the lobby lounge is a good place to chill points that can improve - wifi is weak - i don’t understand that many windows at the shower, especially the one that can be viewed from the room lol I used triple room and usually this room is aimed for families, we might sometimes want to use toilet and shower at the same time but because the shower had a transparent door, it was a bit uncomfortable time to time - view is good but there are high buildings right in front, so have to be careful with the curtains - I think most of the rooms are having the window at the east and west side, so during the daytime the strong okinawan sun directly hits you for quiet a long time - 10min walk from kokusai street (for me it was a good point but if you enjoy nightlife this area might be too quiet) - it’s a 4 star hotel so we can’t expect too much, but it could have been better with a hotel or a pool. in general, loved it!

::***Disclaimer: this hotel would have been an easy 5 stars if it weren’t for the staff member that STOLE a sleep monitor watch from our room. I also saw another review that mentioned someone was stolen from their room. So if you stay here do be careful and utilize the safe. We got complacent because Japan has always been so safe. It pains me to not be able to give this hotel a 5 star rating because I truly loved this hotel, service, and staff. The pros: - rooms were spacious and sound proof; I could sleep without ear plugs - location is great right by the bay and close to highways - service was excellent from the ladies that would park our vehicles to everyone greeting you when you walked by - truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Japan especially for the price point The Cons: - I hate to let one bad apple ruin the experience, but having a staff member that steals from guests is pretty serious - my husband left the watch on the bedside table like what he normally does every time - we came back in the late evening and realized the watch was gone. The app did not connect to the watch which means it was not in the vicinity of the room. It utilized Bluetooth so the range is pretty good. The battery was still good for another two full days. Everything pointed to the fact that someone took it. - other staff were trying to be helpful. They said they searched the entire hotel, searched our room after which came back negative. They called the laundry company who also stated they didn’t have it. - it just sucked that the hotel treated it more of a lost properly and how it somehow grew legs and walked away instead of someone stealing it - we’ve asked if they can check cctv to see who entered our room because the theft occurred between the day of when we left in the morning to when we returned in the evening Overall, I really liked this hotel. I’m just so sad this happened and ruined my experience. If you do decide to stay here lock up all valuables in the safe. Although, another review did say new shoes were stolen. There’s a limit to what you can put in the safe.

::I stayed here for my birthday and it was the worst experience ever. My brand shoes were stolen from my room and the staff won’t take my complain seriously. The hotel manager doesn’t want to talk with me because he doesn’t want to listen to my problem. They have no complain department or awful customer service too and rude staff too… We had to call the police and they mention to them that the cleaner staff might made the mistake and hotel staff still don’t want to refund my shoes or refund my stay… They accusing me of lying about my shoes are missing even my partner mentioned that I had the shoe too then they started to believe the shoe story is true… This hotel is very discriminating towards foreigners because they can’t communicate in English at all and also misleading with their information about having fitness centres and swimming pool.

::The customer service here is stellar! The employees are extremely helpful and polite. We felt valued every minute of our stay. We stayed on the 11th floor and had a bay/traffic view. Our room had a peculiar smell and was bummed that the TV was a bit outdated, and we couldn't connect our HDMI cord. But other than that, loved the amenities *lots of great beauty care/toiletries/coffee/tea provided in the room* plus, comfortable beds. Overall, felt that we received 5 star service. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

::The hotel was very nice. The location was pretty good, only a couple minutes away from the monorail. The staff were nice and helpful. Everything was pretty good, except that it was a little bit odd that we paid for rooms with breakfast included but we still had to pay extra for my kid to have the breakfast.
