::Nice customer service and okay room but the breakfast was mediocre, better opt out and buy something in the konbini downstairs or a nearby cafe. My experience was ruined by a big brown cockroach I saw in the morning. Didn’t give only 2 stars because the staff came straight away to deal with it but it had already run away which was worse not knowing where it went! Had to check my bag 20 times to make sure I wasn’t bringing it with me. Reception offered another room but I was checking out that morning plus if there’s never only one...

::Wonderful place to stay in Asakusa. Stylish, modern and very comfortable. Staff is wonderfully kind and helpful. I reversed rooms for a large group very easily online. I would absolutely stay here again.

::Right off the Fukushima train satation, this place was great! Concierge spoke enough English to get us checked in and comfortable with the area. Biggest rooms I've had anywhere in Japan. Standard Japanese hotel bathrooms (very clean and functional). Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Fukushima.
