In Niigata, you can enjoy cocktails of the highest quality. The quality of the service and cocktails, which cannot be found at other restaurants or hotels, is noteworthy. The bartenders, floor staff, and others who have been here for about 30 years provide stable, high-quality service. It's great for relaxing with your family, or relaxing on a date. Whether it's talking with friends or having a drink with a colleague for entertainment. The BGM is live music, but in the past it was a jazz band, but now it's a piano player. Personally, I liked the cool jazz performed by an adult jazz band. If you want a real atmosphere, real service, and real drinks, this is the place to go. Smoking is now prohibited in the counter space as well as the restaurant space. It has become very comfortable. I'm glad.

If a customer came at 6:30 p.m. and requested a seat on the Shinano River side, we would be able to prepare a seat for you until 8:30 p.m., but we were already booked from 9 p.m. Isn't it best to talk to them, promise to leave by then, and show them around? It's unbelievable how a restaurant that sells its views can only take reservations at 9pm and force all the customers who want to come in before that time to the back! What do you do to a tourist like me who wants to enjoy just one night in Niigata? The image of Niigata has become the worst, and the image of Okura Niigata has also become the worst. This may have been a mistake made by a single floor manager who didn't have much time to spare. Have I failed you a bit? It may be about that, but isn't it a first-class hotel that values ​​​​once-in-a-lifetime experiences? The name Hotel Okura makes me cry. One person ruined the name of Okura in the world. This accumulation creates everything.
