::Extremely unpleasant experience. The room was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty and even had a used ashtray in the sink. Is this mistreatment because I was a foreigner? Or is it like this for every guest, whatever the answer is, please do not stay here.

::fine room. Special ingredients hot spring . Easy traffic access and big car park. Mt. Fuji as a photo background is something surprising.

::As usual the room was clean and tidy, but lacked the usual complimentary free coffee ect. The room was a little dowdy and more expensive than our hotel in Chiba, on the plus side we could see mount Fuji from our room window.

::We were stunned to see the Mount Fuji from our window in the morning. It was so beautiful. The room was big, clean and had slippers and bathrobes. The shower was a bit frenzy. To use the toilet I needed a Google translator.😄 Superfast internet. Free parking. Low sound insulation, I could hear people next door.

::Rooms quiet and comfortable and we had a great view of Mt. Fuji in the morning! Great onsen but NOT tattoo friendly. It's open to the public and gets very busy. It closes at 10pm and doesn't open in the morning until after check out time. Pretty disappointing since I booked this hotel to enjoy the onsen. The laundry room was convenient for washing and drying our clothes after climbing.
