::We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The service was excellent. You get free tea bags at the counter. However, it is difficult to find the main entrance if you are driving as many roads are one way only. We had a hard time to get to the destination. Remember not to park in the main road coz it’s not for cars to park. 🔆The entrance for cars are at the back. Everything else was fine but just please be reminded that the parking is not included. It costs 1500 yen per day from 2pm to 12noon. There are parking lots everywhere in the city but in general, they are not cheap.

::Great location in Kagoshima and the check in staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was fairly compact, but comfortable and clean.

::Excellent location to shopping and dining. Parking is ¥1500/day. This hotel used to provide a scrumptious buffet breakfast. Not anymore! The breakfast is just 3 "limited" set choices from Tully Coffee.

::Stayed 4 nights with my friends; Hotel is located at a convenience place, just 1-2 minutes walk to the airport bus stop, train station and bus stop; Provided clean and comfort room; Love the layout of separate shower and toilet; Unexpected providing a mini message chair in a small bedroom.

::The front desk that checked us in was very rude. Thought this was an isolated incident but apparently my Japanese friend said this might be normal in this city. The room is tiny and old. The rainfall shower head was leaking water. If you come with a car, expect to find a parking garage yourself. The one the hotel recommemded will rob you. Try to be mindful and read the signs. I was expecting there is some sort of collaboration with nearby garage, but that's not the case with this hotel. The staff won't bother to guide you or whatsoever. Again, just expect less of this city compared to other Japanese cities.
