::A ramen shop I used to go to when I was in my 20s. I went there for the first time in decades. It's amazing how things don't change over time. Rashomon ramen with lots of chives. Dumplings flavored with garlic. And bottled beer. It was great 👍

::A rare restaurant in Morioka City that is open late at night. There's only a counter, so it might be full at some point. Recommended are the levanilla with plenty of juicy liver, and the Ramen Ramen topped with chives and eggs.

::I visited because I was attracted by the store name. The soup is as refreshing as it looks and is the perfect way to finish off your drink. This is traditional soy sauce ramen with a deep flavor. Nowadays, ramen is becoming more and more complicated, but this simple ramen is the best. It also helps that they are open until late at night. It's like the local ramen. ::Not only the exterior but also the inside of the restaurant feels old, but the taste is good. It is open until late at night, and has probably been responsible for the demand for Shime ramen in Morioka for a long time. I ordered the signature Ramen Ramen for 850 yen. The Chinese noodles cost 650 yen and have chive balls on top, so it's a good value. Chive balls have a strong flavor and go well with ramen and are delicious. The taste was different from modern ramen, and it was better than I expected. The store owner's customer service is also good, and I hope it continues forever.

::A store open until late at night. Contrary to its appearance, the food is not heavy on the stomach. Gyoza can be eaten on its own. It's not the seasoned type. It's better to add something like chili oil, salt and pepper, or vinegar. Personally, I think it's delicious.
