::2024/09 First visit. I had the special miso ramen. The noodles were a common type, but the soup felt thin. Maybe there was a lot of oil. Not so good. It was really delicious to eat half rice with the rest of the ingredients and soup.

::Ordered a medium portion of special miso ramen + green onions + korocha + rice. I ordered a lot of Bali and thick. It is the most stable special miso. The Yamaoka family highly recommends their special miso ramen. It's a choice. Later, I ordered a medium portion of special miso ramen + spicy green onion + flavored egg + back fat + char siu bowl. I ordered a lot of Bali and thick. I recommend replacing the gray green onions with spicy green onions (free of charge).

::When this store first opened, I visited twice a week and ate gyoza and ramen with points because the thick noodles were so rare. However, is the store smelling fishy? Does it smell like pork? My friends and family stopped visiting, and over time, the number of delicious ramen restaurants suddenly increased, so I didn't have to go to Yamaoka's anymore. I went there today for the first time in several decades, and the smell of the restaurant had diminished somewhat, but the taste had not improved and it was a completely normal ramen. I don't think I'll ever eat gyoza again.

::We had delicious. Although there are quite a number of stores, there seem to be only two on the west side of Tokyo, and people online say, ``No one in Tokyo has ever eaten there.'' Now that I think about it, I had never eaten it before, so I suddenly had a craving for it, so I decided to visit it. The signboard, the slightly dirty feeling, the slippery floor, and the smell give it a perfect atmosphere. You can customize the special miso and green onions, so the noodles are dark and the rice bowl arrives just as you ordered it, and the visuals make you wonder if you should have added more noodles as it looked a bit small. The noodles and soup were of average taste, and at this price I would go there if I was nearby. P.S.: The dark color was at the level of adding rice, so next time I would like to go with normal.
