::Waiting starts around 11:30. It's amazing even though it's a weekday. The smell in the store is still filled with the scent of pork bones. The ramen is hot and delicious! The chashu rice bowl is also delicious with exquisite sauce! Gyoza is also delicious! ! Also, I noticed that someone else was eating fried rice, so I'll come again. Thank you for the meal!

::On the way back from Izu to Tokyo, it was past 2am. I wanted to eat ``Yamaokaya'' instead of ramen, so I checked in here instead of taking the expressway. Ordered special miso and half rice. I'm sure it costs about 1000 yen. The inside of the store was quite lively, and it was almost full after 26:00 on weekdays. There was even a wait after us. It felt like everyone wanted ``Yamaoka-ya'' instead of ramen, and the entire store was filled with great expectations and joy. Served in about 12 to 13 minutes. Drink this tonkotsu miso-like soup late at night, and add patsupatsu noodles, soaked seaweed and rice, bean sauce, and garlic to taste. It was the most sinful and blissful time. I'm sure all of you who are watching this are the same, but there are certain things that can only be fulfilled at the Yamaoka family.

::The floor is too slippery and very dangerous for pregnant women and toddlers! Please do something with the quality of the flooring 🙌.

::I love this place! A chain ramen shop that I used to go to when I lived in Sapporo. There is nothing subtle here, it is a strong punch of flavour. The special miso ramen is recommended. In the iekei style, you can choose how chewy you’d like your noodles, how strong a miso flavour you want and how oily. You can smell the shop from a few blocks away, the pork bones get boiled so much….but the soup is flavourful and rich. The only let down is their char-shu….it’s just boiled pork that has rubbery fat, with no real flavour.
